All funds and plans purchased for use in the community meal plans are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The community meal plans funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all community meal plan funds and plans are non-refundable. All-Access plans expire at the end of the semester that they are purchased in. Block plans expire at the end of the academic year or the last day of the spring semester. 

Community meal plans and DB dollar funds are non-refundable. Unused meal plans expire at the end of the academic year or the final day of the spring semester. DB dollars expire at the end of the patron's university term. 

We accept orders Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Any orders that come to us outside those hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1 business days from the time we review your order to be loaded on a Titan Card. If you have any questions, please call us at (213) 369-9340.

Refund Policy:

All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
